Annual Kansas Cavalry Encampment

Save the date of Tuesday, June 29, 2010 for the 38th Annual Kansas Cavalry Encampment to be held in Hays, Kansas at Fort Hays State University. Look for your personal invitation in the mail in mid-May. The Kansas Cavalry is also offering several activities prior to the Encampment awards banquet.  Click here for more detailed information and to sign up for the Golf Outing and Optional Business Tours.

Hotel accommodations have been reserved at the Hampton Inn located at 4002 General Hays Road (north of I-70), phone (785) 621-4444.  A block of rooms are reserved under the "Kansas Cavalry" name at the rate of $95.00 per night.  Cutoff date is June 15.
